3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Where applicable, prices include VAT in accordance with South African law.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

STEPLO reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, images or typographical errors without prior notice.

If an order has been placed using an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders are confirmed only once successful payment has been received through one of our approved payment providers.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

Products remain available for purchase by other customers until payment has been successfully completed.

To protect our customers and our business, STEPLO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, unauthorized payment activity or other suspicious behaviour is reasonably suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

STEPLO currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from the date your order has been successfully confirmed and processed.

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery window, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Courier delays
Severe weather
Public holidays
High shipping volumes
Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
Industrial action
Events beyond our reasonable control

STEPLO is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect customer information may be payable by the customer.

Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee does not affect or replace any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

The following warnings apply to all STEPLO products.

Have severe or persistent foot pain.
Have numbness or reduced sensation in your feet.
Have open wounds, ulcers or skin infections.
Have recently undergone foot, ankle or leg surgery.
Wear prescription orthotics supplied by a healthcare professional.
Have any condition affecting your feet that requires ongoing medical care.
Are unsure whether the product is suitable for your individual circumstances.

For safe use, we recommend that you:

Wear the insoles only as intended.
Gradually increase wearing time during the first few days.
Ensure the insoles fit correctly inside your footwear.
Trim only along the marked guidelines if necessary.
Keep the product clean and dry.
Replace the product when it becomes excessively worn or damaged.

If a product supplied by STEPLO is found to have a manufacturing defect, customers may be entitled to remedies available under South African consumer protection legislation, subject to the relevant legal requirements.

Our voluntary 30-Day Comfort Guarantee operates in addition to, and does not replace, any rights that consumers may have under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the STEPLO website, including but not limited to our name, logo, trademarks, product images, graphics, videos, icons, designs, text, descriptions, website layout, marketing materials, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to STEPLO and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
